Trying to live a healthy lifestyle, but failing to dos?

Depending on the context, it’s not always beneficial to follow the quote above. Life is beautiful and you don’t want to flood it with unnecessary problems. Your organs work properly today maybe tomorrow they don’t, so don’t take your health for granted.
Good health is not only about healthy eating and doing exercise, but it’s also about your positive attitude, positive thinking, positive self-image and positive attitude towards your life.
Here are some suggestions or tips to live a healthy life and make you live a healthy lifestyle:
Drink More Water:
To stay healthy and hydrated water is essential for our body. Most of us don’t drink enough water that maintains our health. 70% of our body consists of water, hence no wonder the average human can only survive 3 days without water!
Try to consume at least 8-10 glass of water regularly. As further, drinking water can also help you lose weight and avoid overeating.
Eat A Balanced Meal:
Our body needs 40 types of different nutrition and obviously it can not be found in only meal. So to live a healthy lifestyle try to maintain a good diet plan and follow that. If you take a high-fat lunch then balance it by taking low-fat dinner. If you eat fish today try to eat any other nutrition the next day.
As we all listen from our childhood “ An apple a day keeps the doctor away” so why we don’t follow this for a healthy lifestyle, even we know “health is the real wealth”. Fruits have many vitamins and minerals.
Try to consume minerals and vitamins from fruits rather than pills. E.g: if you’re vitamin c deficit, try eating oranges often rather taking vitamin C pills. As watermelons, strawberries and graphs are fluidly fruits which maintain the hydration and also increase blood. So, aim to eat fruits on a daily basis for a healthy lifestyle.
“Movement is life”
Most of the researches show that exercise brings a lot of benefits, and prevents us from diseases and health problems. Exercise makes us active and fresh. By doing exercise we can maintain healthy body weight.
So, make a habit of doing exercise regularly even if it’s just a jog for 10 minutes.
Get Enough Sleep:
When you don’t rest well, you’ll not able to do things correctly. Though you may stay awake whole night to study for exams or you may stay out till late night playing video games, but make sure don’t make it your daily routine or habit, as it can badly effect your whole lifestyle. Getting enough sleep is one of the major factor for a healthy lifestyle.
To help you take good and restful sleep, try to make your bedroom dark and peaceful as no one can disturb. Avoid taking caffeine and dark chocolates right after bedtime. As for students, 7-8 hours of sleep is important to stay active throughout the day.
Try to maintain a regular sleep cycle.
Most of the people or say 85% of people are usually stressed. Being relax is an essential thing for a healthy life because stress and depression can cause numerous problems.
Meditation can help you combat stress, through deep breathing exercises and mindfulness.
Everyone has heard about the side effects of smoking. Smoking can cause serious health problems. It leads to lung cancer, thyroid, and so many other health issues.
Even if you yourself don’t smoke, you can still be harmed if you’re around smokers hence try to avoid smoke as much as possible.
Love yourself, as it is an essential part to live healthily. Don’t listen to other thoughts and make a burden your brain about their thinking, just stay positive in yourself.
Whenever you feel negative or stressful do meditation or write down the thoughts you feel to attempt to remove it from your brain. use to listen to relaxing music to avoid negativity. As “when you think positive, positive things tend to happen”
Get Regular Checkups:
Some diseases do not show symptoms too early, until it too late. Make a routine of getting regular checkups, to reduce risk of diseases such as: blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc.
Make a routine of checkup after every 3-months to stay healthy.
Avoid Alcohol And Sweet Food:
Avoid taking alcohol, as it can also a lot of problems such as dehydration, kidney & liver problems. Not only this, but it has negative effects on our body and health, impacts on our brain and can make lifestyle hard.
Avoid sugary foods like candy bars, cookies, chocolates, cake, and jelly donuts on a regular basis as it is injurious to health.
As they don’t make your tummy full but make you eat more because it has a sugar rush. And also avoid sugary drinks like soda and sweet drinks, these are unhealthy and cause weight gain as they’re usually calorie dense with no proper nutritional value.
