Physical activities to practise as a Student

Being a student and having  a scheduled life we all neglect our health and forgets that it is important to stay healthy to be a productive student and to do well in academics and co-curricular. In this era of competition, it has become essential for a student to perform well and be an all-rounder.

We only focus on studying for almost 8-10 hours a day that we neglect the factors that are leading us towards an unhealthy life.

 

Mostly, instructors complains to the student’s parents that  they are becoming less focused and are always tired. Reason is the absence of physical activities that helps students to stay active all day. Discussed here are some important activities that can easily be practiced and followed in busy schedule of Students.

EXERCISE OR SPORTS

For college and university students, it is always ideal to schedule their time and days for exercise. It can be for long hour or for few minutes but going to a gym or small walk can make you stay healthy. For school students, it is always good to take part in sports actively so they can freshen up their minds from their  studies. It should not always be ‘Study ,Study and Study”..

If you ever feel like in extreme stress, anxiety and demotivated. It is always good to take a break and walk around, enjoy stuff you like . It can be a small walk in park or any other outdoor activity you love to perform you can always go with that.

We often get bore of regular exercise and the same routine of our lives. Sometimes we need time to be with our friends ,so it is better to go or join gym with friends to reduce the stress.

It is the most easiest option available to almost every campus as classrooms are on different floors. Always take steps to stairs and in free time it is always beneficial to take small walks in play ground to stay active.

PARTICIPATE IN OUTDOOR GAMES

For kids, it is necessary to play outside.It can be cricket, tennis or other beneficial games. Nowadays, our generation is busy with cellphones playing games, watching cartoons that they didn’t realize it is important to do physical activities.

LONG AND SHORT PUSHUPS

Pushups are the key to get your muscles and bones freshen up in a short time. You can easily set up a target to do 10 to 20 pushups a day. They will help you get rid of your tiredness and you will feel fresh.

BICYCLE RIDING

Bicycle Ride

Bicycle riding is an interesting activity and a best way to make your muscles exercise. It makes your legs strong and  helps reducing the stiffness. Well, there is no age for riding a bicycle . People living abroad practice this to stay fit and healthy.

Above are some tips for staying healthy as a student and to freshen up your mind after a tiring day. Students must practice these few steps regularly to become a productive student and a competitive individual.
